Awaken Memories

This is a fanfic that I have been thinking about for some time. Sora,Donald,and Goofy are back in Traverse Town,needing a little Rest and Relaxation after escaping Castle Oblivion. But they meet three girls(ALL three of them,I made up. ,named Jesu,who is 18,Artheno,who is 17,and Riana,who is 14,Soras age(At least in this fanfic).Although it SEEMS like they had just met,Riana claims to have been friends with Riku and Sora on the Island. But Sora has never seen this girl in his whole life! Or HAS he...? She shows him a necklace that he made for her birthday one year,a couple years before Kairi came, and little by little starts to remember. Read on to find out more...

Sora and the gang enter through the world doors that lead to Traverse Town. The sky is still night, and full of stars twinkling. They notice some new people in Traverse Town, but one of them looks very suspicious. It is a girl, the age of 17. She is wearing a dark robe, and her black hood covers her face, with the exception of her mouth. She is carrying a woven basket, covered with a cloth.




“Could she be part of the Organization?” Goofy asks.




“I don't know, Goofy. My mind has been filled with questions since we left Castle Oblivian. And I don't think that most of them will be answered.” Sora replied.




The girl stepped towards them, now away from them a few meters away. She placed the basket down at her feet, and stepped back a few steps.




“Who are you?” Sora asked, the Keyblade appearing in his hand. The girl just turned and ran in the direction of the Third District.




“H-Hey, wait!” Donald yelled. The girl disappeared in the shadows of an ally, and meets up with two other robed and hooded figures.




“The basket is in their sight. No way they'll be able to miss it.” Said the 17 year old girl.




“Good. All of the pieces are in place.” Said the shortest, sounding to be 14, Sora's age. A light, and then a weapon appears in her hand.




It looks a lot like the Keyblade. But, it was… glowing. The girl struck the Weapon into the ground, and in some flashes of light, the three of them disappear. They reappear in a deserted room, by Merlin's place.




“And now to play the waiting game.” Said the 14 year old.




“How are you so sure that he'll remember you?” asked the third figure, sounding like she is 18.




“A wise man once said that you can never forget the memories engraved on our hearts.” The shortest took a few steps towards the door before stopping.




The 18 year old takes off her hood. She has black hair, and emerald green eyes. The 17 year old takes off her hood. She has red hair, and brown eyes with some gold in them.




“Jesu's right, Riana. What if he DOESN'T remember you?” Riana turned to her two friends.




“We can only hope, Artheno.”




MEANWHILE, back with Sora and friends…




“Who was she?” Sora wondered. He noticed the basket, and knelt down beside it. Something under the blanket was moving.




“Sora? What is it?” Goofy asked.




“I don't know. Only one way to find out.” Sora removed the blanket. Inside was a small animal, which was resting. It had a collar around its neck.


Sora read the collar's tag.




“'Juji'?” The animal barked, hearing it's name. Sora picked it up.




“Well, it's not a Heartless.” Sora said, looking back at Donald and Goofy.




“Yeah, but why would that girl leave it there?” Donald asked. Juji whimpered, then darted towards the Second District Doors.




“H-Hey! Come back!” Sora called after Juji, running after her.




“C'mon, Goofy! Sora could be walking right into a trap!” Donald ran after Sora, with Goofy following.




Sora opened the doors to the Second District.




“Juji? Juji?” He called out, looking for her. There was something about Juji; something that reminded him of his Island. But what was it?




“Juj-“ Sora stopped. He found Juji, but so had the Heartless. There was a group of Shadows and Soldiers surrounding Juji.




“Hey, back off!” Sora charged to Juji, slashing Heartless along the way. In no time, the Heartless were destroyed. Donald and Goofy finally caught up.




“Aw, we missed the action…” Goofy said. Suddenly, Darkballs and more Shadows and Soldiers appeared from the roofs, the shadows, from out of thin air.




“I don't think we did…” Donald said.




“FIRE!” Donald waved his wand, and three Heartless were turned to a crisp by a ball of Fire. Goofy charged at a group of Heartless, and knocked them all down like bowling pins.




Sora noticed Juji running off.




“You guys stay here! Fight them off for as long as you can!” Sora called to them, running after Juji.




“ARE YOU MAD?!?!” Donald yelled back, casting Gravity on some Heartless.




`Where could she be running off to? And why does she remind of Destiny Islands?' Sora thought. He found Juji pawing at a wall.




“There you are. Why do you keep running off?” Sora walked over to her. Just as he was about to pick her up, Jesu and Artheno, once again hooded, leaped some the roofs and ambushed Sora. Something whacked him on the head, and he fell back.




“She's been waiting for you…” They said, just before Sora blacked out.
