Umm, my computer has a viris or somting. I'm running Microsoft XP if that helps. You turn it on, it says safe mode, normal mode, and Last settings that worked. I pick one (I've tried all of them) It does a memory test, and starts over. I sat there for a whole hour, and it didn't work. *cries* help me.
