Does anyone know how to beet him I am level 70 and can only get down about 4 health bars out of thirteen (give or take)

He owned me the second the battle started. I did the reaction comand thingie, the next thing i know, i'm dead.

wait until you reach level 80 at level 88 he's rather easy guard, attack, and beserk that's what i did oh and get all of the growth abilities at level 3 to help survive easier and if you want to stop that super attack of his use high jump level 3 with aerial dodge level 3 and glide level 3 for dodging or reach level 99 and beat him twice as fast

I'm Lvl. 70 too but I'll wait till I get all Lvl. 3 growth moves and get the Ultima weapon.

I beat Sepheroth at level 67, the Oblivion, and Lvl.1 growth moves. I beat him really fast when I realized that with high jump Lvl.1, you can stop his Sin Harvest.
