Kyouri stared dumbfounded at the staff. "Oh..Oh no! Its broken!"
She ran and threw numerous objects at the heartless. But it didn't seemed to work.
Suddenly, she felt a wet wall behind her.
She was surrounded.

One of the objects Kyouri threw hit Blake in the back of the head, knocking him unconscious.
(Bleh! One liner! >.< ...But I'm planning to double as two other characters.)

Kyouri shouted for help, but Blake was just...laying there. She grabbed her stick (Formally known as the staff) and tried to swat the heartless away, but to no avail. The heartless backed up a bit, and then started for Kyouris' heart again.

"YAY!! It's raining!"
A ten year old girl ran in the rain in what seemed to be the central square of the city. She kept splashing in random puddles, soaking her long black hair which was tied back in a ponytail. Yet, if you looked into the girl's black eyes, there was complete and utter joy. She wore a gray large T-shirt, black closed vest, green sneakers, a backwards black cap and dark denim jeans. She jumped into another puddle, causing water to fling unto a boy standing nearby.
"Ah! Leah!" the boy exclaimed. He seemed to be about twenty one years old. He had jet-black crew cut hair, a litte out-grown. There was a frown creased on his face, yet the gray eyes seemed to be the exact opposite. He wore a dark olive green long sleeved T-shirt, black stripes running down the sleeves, dark baggy camos, and white sneaks. On the ground next to him were two swords, that he seemed to drop. A dual sword wielder. That's what Cecil wanted to be. Just like his father.

The Heartless seemed to stop awhlie. Then they listen for other voices.
This gave Kyouri the chance to run. She ran, but not before taking Blake with her.
"WHY...DONT...YOU....BUDGE...!"

"Sorry," Leah said, a grin on her face.
Cecil nodded. "Mfft, it's alright," he said.
Leah's hand pointed at the swords next to Cecil's feet. "Can you use them yet?"
"No."
"Why not?"
"It's hard to use two swords when you're accustomed to only using one."
"Oh..."
Leah had no intrest any weapons of any sorts. She didn't understand why Cecil and his father were so intent on using blades and such. They kept saying she had a weapon of her own. Magic. Yet the only magic she did was when at age eight. A small blast of fire came from her hands and unto some wood, thus making a fire. That was in another world called Twilight Town.

Kyouri sighed, and pushed Blake a little more. Then suddenly, the heartless jumped into dark portals and dissappered.
Kyouri glanced at the empty street, then at her staff. The she glanced at Blake, who seemed to be getting up.

Blake rubbed the back of his head.
"Ow..." he groaned under his breath.
Felt like somethine got thrown against my head, he thought.

"When'll you be able to use 'em?" Leah asked.
Both were standing out in the rain.
Cecil shrugged.
"When I can."
"When'll that be?"
"I don't know."
"Why?"
"Cause I said so."
"Yet, why?"
"I don't know."

"AHA! Your awake! Well, wakey wakey, eggs and bakey. Cuz...MY STAFF BROKE!" Kyouri held her staff out to Blake. "Its alll...--" She hung her head. "Busted."

(Ooh, Sprite. *Picks up a can of Sprite and walks away*)
Blake glanced at the staff.
"I'm pretty sure someone can fix it," he said, trying to reassure Kyouri. But, he wasn't positive at all. He tried to hide that.
"Why?"
"Would you stop now?"
"Sorreh..."
The two started to walk around the city, not minding the rain. Cecil could see two figures standing out in the name.
"Huh..."

Kyouri glanced around, unsure if someone could fix it. Then she spotted two figures in the rain. Thinking they were heartless, she hid behind Blake as the figures drew near.

Oh, wow. That's brave.
Blake rolled his dark blue eyes.
"Hey! Who are you?" he demanded throught the rain. It was followed by the roar of thunder.
Leah jumped and hid behind Cecil. "I didn't know Heartless could talk."
Cecil shook his head as they stopped walking.
"Who are you?"
"I asked you first!"
"You answer me first!"

It was then Kyouris' turn to roll her eyes. "Blake, its obviosly a person!" She studies the soaking wet figures. "Im positive! Anyway, My names Kyouri. And this is Blake"
Kyouri then couldn't see straight. She snezeed and coughed. She wobbled over and leaned on a nearby tree.

Blake glanced at Kyouri. "Hey, are you alright?" he asked. But he had a prediction of what the answer could be. A solid no.
Cecil and Leah glanced at each other. "They're people," Leah said. "Well, duh," Cecil muttered.
Without running, Leah rushed through the rain to where Blake and Kyouri were. "Hey, wait up!" Cecil called and quickly followed.

Kyouri bgan to shake her head. "Ow...my head hurts." She looked at Blake but insted saw 2 or 3 Blakes' She wobbled over a little more.
"Wthy arthy thwo othf youz..." Then she fell down with a thud on the wet floor.
(Translation: Why are there two of you?)
