You don't need to. I've seen people beat Sephiroth at level 53 with Sweet Memories. Do you have Glide and Air Dodge (or whatever it's called that you get from Master Form)?

I'm not facing Sephy until I'm Lvl. 80 something and I have the Ultima weapon and all LV3 growth abilities.

That's great! Also, Brandi, Sephiroth hates everyone. That's why you must KILL HIM! But, also so you can get Fenrir. Go fight him again, use whatever keyblade you feel like, and just whack at him whenever you get the chance. Also, jump around alot. It helps you to dodge some of his attacks.

I use Sweet Memories and Genji Sheild and Meator Staff, plus my whole team has the Lucky Lucky ability!!! I use Fenrir, it's good but I like Ultima better (Only because of it's ability " MP Hastega"). |

How do I fight Seifer? Ev'ry time I talk to the guy, he says I don't have enough exp to fight Seifer.

As Sora you have to beat Hayner and Setzer in order to fight Seifer.
