The three silver haired guys are brothers. They appear to be searching for their mom.
The silver haired guy who has the medium length hair...his Japanese name is Kadazu. (or something like that.)

The graphics in FF9 was like the best of its kind. For the Play-Station.
If Square would re-make FF9 for the PS2, it would rawk.

It's obvious they never say his name...at the beginning of the story, you're supposed to name him.
